What is the shipping cost? We offer $6.00 FLAT RATE shipping on all orders. 

Do you offer free local pickup? Yes. If you are local to Jacksonville, AL and would like to pick up your order please choose the local pickup option at checkout. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

Can I return an item? Yes. Returns are allowed within 5 days of the date item was received. Please check your order for any errors or defects and if a return is needed please contact us via email at shopwilliamslifestyle@gmail.com. Items must be in new, unwashed and unworn condition with tags still intact. If the items are not returned in these conditions Williams Lifestyle Shop has the option to deny the return. 

Who pays for shipping cost on returns? If you receive the wrong item or receive a defective item Williams will cover the cost of the return. Contact us within the first 5 days of receiving your item to ensure we cover the cost of the return. If a return is being made for any other reason you will be responsible for shipping costs.

Can I exchange for a different size? Yes. If the return is made within 5 days of you receiving your order and the item is received back to us in new, unwashed, unworn condition with tags still intact. You will be responsible for the shipping costs on returns. 

What items can't be returned?  Sale items, promotional items, nor pre orders can be returned. Also no items may be returned after the 5th day has passed of you receiving your order. 

Do you offer refunds? At the moment we do not offer refunds. You can exchange an item for a different size if you do so within 5 days of receiving your item and if it is still in new, unwashed, unworn condition with tags still intact. We do offer store credit and after we receive your item and approve the return you will be given a store credit. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return and issue the store credit.

How long until I receive my order? Please allow 1-2 days for processing. You will receive tracking information once your item has shipped. You can usually expect your item within 3-4 days from the date it was shipped. 

What if I need my order ASAP? If expediated shipping is needed please contact us at shopwilliamslifestyle@gmail.com. Williams will accommodate you as best we can. YOU will be responsible for all shipping charges on expediated orders.
